With a three bedroom on the ground floor, and two upstairs apartments (a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom) this house has historic character and provides a quiet and happy place to call home.

Located on Alfred Street adjacent to Union it is a short pleasant walk to Starbucks® the grocery store and to downtown Biddeford. It is the second home of one of Biddeford’s builders after his wife complained that the first house was too close to the (dirt) road.
